TV BOX WITH ANDROID TV
By running Android TV as your operating system, you will be able to enjoy all the applications available on the Google Play Store.
Your system will be kept up to date with the latest updates and will allow you to download a new version every time it is available.
INTEGRATED DTT
Your TV BOX has a built-in DVB-T tuner. By connecting it to the antenna socket, you will be able to tune in the TV channels that are available in your area. In addition, you will have the option to record content and have it at your disposal for 60 days.

MORE THAN A DECODER
On the TV BOX, you can connect a keyboard, mouse, joystick, hard drives and USB sticks, allowing you to play video games, listen to music, watch movies and much more.
*To be able to open external files, you must download from our APPLICATIONS/UTILITIES section, an application that allows you to manage them.
GOOGLE ASSISTANT
If you don't want to use the remote control buttons, a voice control option is available. To do this, press the ‘GOOGLE ASSISTANT MICROPHONE/LOGO’ button and speak to the top of the remote control to perform the search.

In the HOME side menu you will find the SECTIONS of your TV BOX.
You can access it at any time by pressing the LEFT ARROW button on your remote control.

You can watch live all the channels available: your exclusive channels and DTT channels; national, regional and local.
You can pause them, watch a programme from the beginning, add subtitles, record the broadcast or the whole season and much more!
You can navigate through the available channels using the cursor arrows on your remote control (up, down, right and left) to go from one to another, selecting the one you want with the OK button.
You will be able to select the language and subtitles available for each broadcast.
You will be able to record a live broadcast.
Enter the tab for each broadcast, from where you will be able to see the information, schedule a recording or reminder and see more available episodes.
You will also be able to move forward or backward in a broadcast using the ARROWS on your remote control.

You have a guide available where you can find out which programmes are being broadcast, have been broadcast or are going to be broadcast soon on your available channels.
You also have access to the contents of the previous 7 days to enjoy them whenever you want. And you are able to schedule recordings of future content.

You can search with your remote control for content from your subscriptions as well as from the channels included.
To do so, you can use your voice by pressing the MICROPHONE BUTTON and speaking to the remote control. Or you can type the title of a content, name of an actor or director... with the keyboard.
ou can access SEARCH from the side menu (by pressing the left arrow on your remote) or by simply pressing the MICROPHONE or GOOGLE ASSISTANT button on your remote.

MY REMOTE CONTROL DOESN’T WORK
- Check that the two AAA 1.5 V batteries are inserted and that they are in the correct polarity position (positive + and negative -).
- Replace the two AAA 1.5 V batteries with new ones.
- Check that the top red light on the remote control flashes when you touch any button on the remote control.
- Point the remote at the TV BOX.
- Turn off your TV BOX (disconnect it from the mains) and then turn it on (reconnect it to the mains).
- Pair your remote control via Bluetooth with the TV BOX again. Press the OK and Home buttons on your remote control at the same time.
- Check that you have activated Bluetooth. Go to: SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / BLUETOOTH and check that Bluetooth is activated.
- Check that the remote control is connected via Bluetooth. Go to: SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / CONTROLLERS & ACCESSORIES
I CAN'T CONTROL THE VOLUME FROM THE REMOTE CONTROL
This can happen because:
1- Because some audio formats are not supported:
Try removing the surround sound options.
Go to: SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / SOUND / SELECT FORMATS and select NONE: NEVER USE SURROUND SOUND.
2- You have activated the volume control by CEC.
This will depend on the TV model you have. Try disabling it.
Go to: SETTINGS / SYSTEM SETTINGS / DEVICE PREFERENCES / HDMI and disable the CEC VOLUME CONTROL.
